My Hudgens Family History Findings 
Louise’s husband’s name was Omar Wendell Charles, born 1 Jul 1919, and died 28 Aug 1990. Their son is David W. Charles, and he had two sons, one of whom is named Derek Charles.
Dr. Wendell Charles was a world renowned authority on chicken development and production. He travelled the United States and countries abroad lecturing on how to increase and better develop chicken production in different environments.
Wendell and Louise’s only child, David Charles, an accountant, died prematurely in his early 40’s of a sudden heart attack, leaving a widow and two young sons.
